How long does it take to register a .LK domain?
LK Domains are subjected to review of LK Domain Registry Hostmaster approval. Most of the domains will be registered within one working day or two, given that the application submitted is complete and the payment has been made. But sometime it may take 2-3 days which is beyond our control.

If your domain is your registered company name, some abbreviation or part of the trademark, it will not be rejected.
If the domain is confusingly similar to an existing domain or if it causes any confusion among general public, it will be rejected.
How to request Name Server (DNS) Modifications?
Name Server Updates of LK Domains should submitted through your client area as a Domain Registry support ticket.
LK Domain Name Servers are not instantly update. Every modification need to be approve by domain registry hostmaster. There for it may take 12-24 hours to complete the modification.
** Changes submitted on weekdays before 4.00 PM get applied on same day.
** Changes after 4.00 P.M and on weekends/holidays most likely apply on next working day.
** Sometime changes on weekends also can apply on same day. But not guaranteed.
